New JD 710 owner needs help. No crowd (dipperstick) power

I'm new to this forum and to this machine. All functions work well but the dipperstick has very little power. Meaning it will move with no load and the engine pulls down slightly when it does. But but when I have even a half a bucket it will not crowd, even in loose soil. I have checked pressure at the cylinder and it is 2550 lbs. The engine rpm does not pull down at all.
