95xt. Slow bucket tilting function

We have a 95 xt that we had replaced hyd pump when we got it due to all slow funtions other than drive. After pump replacement it helped out a lot but when using bush hog attachments it was slow bout tilting mower over an backup while mowing. My machine was equipped with a self leveling valve.
