Bleeding fuel system-Komatsu PC60-6

Not proud of it...but it looks like I have got air in my fuel system. Changed the fuel filter ( like I have 50 times before on this machine) but got sidetracked with greasing and the rest of the service. Neglected to pump the fuel system up. IT started right up but dies after 30 seconds or so. Now it wont fire. So I assume it is dry. The strange thing is I cant seem to get the plunger to work? Could it be seized?

I assuem I need to bleed the entire system now? Can someone run me...
