deere 160lc problems

I have an 99 160lc with 8900hrs, only owned for about 200hrs. Machine starts to bog down if you use any hydraulic function, and bog down being almost able to kill the engine. Deere has been out several times but not really getting anywhere. When it bogs down it is instant, not something that creeps up. We have been up one side and down the other on the engine side of it, new turbo, injector pump and injectors. It runs great! Now deere wants me to throw a pump on it, they think it is...
