D6R adjustable throttle switch

Does anybody know if it is possible to put an adjustable switch on the throttle on a d6r series 2. I know you can set it by holding the button and decelerator but it is a pain either idle or wide open. I can't believe this is the best cat could come up with. An adjustable dial would be much more user friendly.
