serial #10655 Had an interesting call. when you work the lever for the frame or fork tilt the only function that does anything is the frame will tilt Left..only. If you try to tilt the forks down the frame goes left some more. If you try to tilt the frame right or the forks up it does nothing. The secondary manifold is under the cab and is a rusty muddy covered mess. but I didnt see anything glaringly wrong, no leaks or cracks or anything. Had the owner work the joystick while I looked and...
