Replace Case 90xt fuse blocks

Hi, I'm thinking of replacing the fuse blocks in my 90xt as they are badly corroded from being full of dirt.
Are the wires removable from the old ones or are they meant to be cut off?
Looking on line I came across these from Painless Performance, they look very similar to what is in there now.
