cylinder pins

We run some truck mount tree spade, we have issues with the cylinder pins, I think. 4" cylinders, 2" bushing on either side, 1 1/4 shaft. We pull the bottom of cylinder off at times and pull the 2" bushing ears off at time as well. We currently run 1 1/4 cold rolled shaft. Things seem to break after the pins get some time on them and start to bend under the cylinder. Its my thought we are breaking due to the pin being bent and different and uneven pressures on said parts. Would...
