dash warning lights

hi
I have a d5h xl2 / ser. # 8rj4559
on the dash there are 2 rows of warning lights , the bottom left light shows a thermometer with what looks like hydraulic cylinder in it , ( it was not on last fall when I parked it covered it with a tarp )
what is the light for and where is the sending unit for it ?
