JCB 8018 Hose Leak Auxillary

Hi guys, so I have noticed that the auxiliary hose on my mini has a hydraulic fluid leak. It's been parked for the winter and soon will go into action. Am I correct in assuming that hydraulic lines are linked and this has to be changed or I will lose all my fluid?

Is the best option to change the hose or can a hose be repaired?
