Tilt Cylinder Rebuild

My 20Z 953 recently blew a seal in the cylinder head and started leaking oil horribly... Pulled it off and took to my local hydraulic shop I use all the time for hoses. Dropped it off and they said "no problem we'll order seals and have it ready in a couple of days." A week later I picked it up and got the bill for $2026.33!!! I've rebuilt several cylinders myself and would have done this one as well if it wasn't for the horror stories of getting the ungodly tight gland nut off. Does this...
