Bobcat T300 Hyd charge pressure

I reinstalled the engine and pump package on a Bobcat T300 after it dropped a valve. It had been running and operating fine until the valve event. It now shows low hydraulic charge pressure and shuts itself down after a time limit. Is there a bleed procedure? The hoses and filter are warm after only a few minutes running and the tank is full. I have checked my wiring connections and best I can tell, all are correct.
