Cat 289D, No AC

Cab was getting warm the other day, so I turned on the AC for the first time this season and it blew warm air. Compressor clutch is not engaging. I replaced the fuse, swapped out the relay with another, still no AC. Where should I look next? I disconnected the pressure switches and reconnected also.
