ASV and CAT 7 series BAIR axle experience

Last year I installed Bair axle and wheel assemblies on my ASV RC100. This week I did a 250 hour service which includes greasing the axle assemblies. The easiest way is to put the machine on a flat bed trailer with an operator you trust to move the machine. Of the four idler axles three had the circular grease fitting guard deformed to the point that a grease gun fitting would not go on. The point is that the guards need to be a thicker wall for better protection. I am thinking 1" schedule...
