Help with Generators & Pumps!

I am not very active on this site but it has helped tremendously for me; it's my go-to for a quick reference.

My work is phasing in a dept where we will be dealing with Generators (20kw-400kw) and pumps (6"-12") and some chillers/AC's.

I don't know much about these pieces of equipment, basically what is the rundown for what is needed & what is involved in setting these up.

Example .. I know now that for a generator you can have a distro and spider bix, linear math to determine the load...
