DT 466B tapping and knocking

My bob tail dump is a 1979 International with a 466B (round injector pump), an Allison automatic, and a two speed rear axle. It started life as a public works park department truck and I got it with mileage around 62,000 & 8900 hours. In the 17 years owned - put on 17,000 miles: about 1000 miles per year. Best year was 1500 miles! Economy w less work lowered annual miles to around 500. Today it has 79,000 miles and 9900 hours.

I change all the filters regularly, monitor the green...
