Cat D3 B 27 Y

I have D3B , with a Transmission problem . When It is cold or for the first 20 minutes of operation , the transmission shifts like it should . After it gets warmed up it has a long delay when shifting into forward , none when shifting into reverse . no slippage when pushing. Any ideas Thanks
