2004 John Deere 27C ZTS Mini Excavator - How do I tighten the fan belt?

I don't typically struggle with simple maintenance items like tightening a fan belt, but my 2004 John Deere 27C ZTS Mini Excavator has be baffled. Can anyone provide some insight on how to accomplish tightening the fan belt?
