cat 257 b no lifting power / thumping noise

04 cat has no power when lifting from a pile i hear a noise comimg from the right control area thumping but it barely lifts.

Also when driving once and a while i hear a thump from the right side almost like something unlocking , if i drive into a pile of dirt and start to spin it makes this thumping hydro noise faster and more frequent any help would be great thanks
