I noticed in this truck I just bought that the jake seems the same from low to high,,,2 stage jake. when its cold it seems to come on sluggish also, so I tested the voltage key on engine off and I am only getting 10 volts to one wire going in to the valve cover and 5 going into the other so I am feeling I am only getting low setting jake? should I have a full 12 volts? 1 wire on low both wires on high
