looking at a cat 325 blc and what is it worth

Hello every one; I found a cat 325 blc for sale, has a good undercarriage, has 10,699 hrs on the clock, decent tin work and no leaks, engine runs good some smoke but not bad, all functions are good.Havent talked to the owners yet and don't have any pics yet
