An ethics question

About money owed you for work you perform. I have a customer that has gotten way behind on an invoice I have out to him. He kept me up to date in the beginning, but now is avoiding me for the last 8 weeks. This is not a brand new customer, but I have done a few jobs for him over the last 2 years, and I usually have to hunt him down at 60 days to get my money. The customer is not someone I do a lot of work for, so burning this bridge with him at this point isn't really a concern.
