555D slow hydraulics

Looked at this machine today: 555D with slow hydraulics. Fluid is full on both sticks. Bucket and hoe are jerky and slow. Filters or strainer. Can not read much of the data tag the parts guy wanted. Anybody have any input on that? Filter and strainer locations? Will get a tire back on it and move it to better working ground tomorrow. Any experienced input will be appreciated.
