Late 90s 753 Bobcat lift/tilt problem

I have a late 90s 753, put a new ignition in it. Now the bucket tilted all the way out and cylinder will not come back in , and arms will lift but to lower pedal has to be pushed to float position. lights are all on except seat light is blinking? any ideas?
