Case 580sl Do these pressure readings mean I need a new pump?

Hi everyone. I recently purchased a Case 580 sl. Hydraulics get slow and weak within about 10 to 15 minutes of use with the loader or backhoe. I bought a gauge and did some tests and would appreciate some help as to what they mean.

With the fluid warm, approx. 130 degrees(pump about the same temp). I get the following readings with a pressure gauge hooked up to the test port by the pump;

Loader(with a full bucket): 1000 to 1200 psi when raising, 1400 psi when it stops-approx. 3/4 up....
