Slow lift on D5H 8RC

Working with a D5H that has slow lift, blade down works as it should, but up is slow. Cylinders are not drifting and the packing has been replaced in the last 6 months And have not had any issues.
All other hydraulic components work as they should, so I'm not leaning towards the pump.

Any suggestions? Seems weird that all of the sudden just that one function would act up.

Is there an adjustment on the valve for just the blade lift?
