Bobcat 873 oil/fluid leak

I've got a 873 I've owned for a decade, great machine and has giving me no reasons to lie awake at night, until now.

She's in my garage up against a wall and leaking oil down the inside of the left rear wheel. I can't get to the wheel.

I guessing a axle seal, but thought I'd ask here before I move her.

Anyone got any ideas/suggestions before I dig into it?
