666 rubber tire pushers

I'm looking for a Shepherd tractor EARTH MAGAZINE article, scra, 1970, '71, '72-------'74, '75? On the cover of this Earth Magazine it shows 3, 666 rubber tire tractors pushing a new Silva and Hill 651 scraper, in the desert, with a two or three page article on the jobsite on the inside of the magazine. I'm sure some of the old timers in the California, Nevada, areas just might happen to have a copy of that Earth Magazine. Or maybe they might know of someone who'd have a copy of that Earth Magazine.
