Working on a Cat D6T, trying to figure out why the instrument panel is doing nothing. No screen, no lights, no needle movement. It's not the panel itself. Swapped with a known good one. Reading around 21v at the battery power wire going in, and around 24v at the key switch wire. Any insight would be appreciated.
