Deere dozer with electrical issues

I Have a 96 Deere 750B Dozer that has no electrical power with key on. The batteries are fully charged, there is power to the ignition. Tried starting yesterday morning, I tried starting and nothing came on with key. I tried wipers and lights, nothing. I left key on and went to truck to get tools and test light, when I came back wipers were on, I tried starting and it started and ran fine all day. Today it has no ignition power. Any suggestions would be wonderful
