Information on scissor lift

jeudi 21 avril 2016

Hi all,

I recently picked up a scissor lift that was missing batteries and the control box. Before I went out to get it, the guy sent me a pic and the model info, and it looked like it was a JLG. It was a little later in the day getting dark when I finally got to where I was picking it up. I was able to check the motor windings, fuses, and charger with a multimeter, and look for noticable hydraulic leaks and the like, but I didn't look at the ends of the cord for the control box and I missed where a component was missing since the cables to it were tucked behind the frame. You can still read the tag, and it is a model 2033 and the serial number is 08602223 as best as I can tell and it was manufactured in 1996. It is a 24V. The compnent that is missing has the ground from the motor to it and another that returns to ground, a cable from the motor solenoid to it, another lead that has a fuse on it and a screw through the eye terminal and a d connector with 6 wires. The question is does anyone know what the brand actually is, what the component is that is missing (thinking either an analyzer or motor control), and what type of controller (analog or digital) that this machine uses. Thanks for any info you can give.
