May have to remove the cylinder heads from a CAT D-379 Ser# 68B3000 I remember the most difficult part was unbolting the jacketed exhaust manifolds up in the "V" of the engine. My thought was to pull both heads on the same bank together leaving the intake and exhaust manifolds connected to both heads, thus removing both heads, intake and exhaust manifold as a unit then disassembling them on the bench. Has anyone ever done this?
