Help with 545C trans problem

Hi everyone I have a Ford 545C with the 8x8 trans. I was grading for a few hours and noticed the trans got really hot so I parked it over night. In the morning I started the tractor and when I tried to drive off the transmission slipped very badly, I tried both forward and reverse and both was the same. when I mean the trans was slipping badly I mean the tractor would barley move. I let the tractor warm up some more but then it would not move at all. The trans fluid is about 20 hours old, I checked the trans fluid and it has a little bit of color and has a light burnt smell.

Any ideas on how should proceed with diagnosing this problem
