JD 325 glow plug and low oil pressure light issue

I have a 2005 JD 325 and when key it turned to run the Glow Plug indicator light comes on and wont go off until started and if I remember correctly the low oil pressure light is supposed to come on until machine is started and it does not come on at all . Not sure if this is a serious issue or not please help. Machine stills starts and seems to run fine even in this cold weather
