Hello, I am new to site. I have an older Texoma 270 drill rig with a Funk transmission. I had it rebuilt last spring and have followed the instructions from the authorized dealer on break-in and oil changes . There now is a problem with the shuttle ( torque converter) engaging only at a very slow engine rpm . Engine ahead of the transmission is a 300 6cyl. Ford . Is there a governor or setting to look at ? The problem is in both reverse and forward so the linkage adjustment should not be the problem ? I do not have a manual for the Funk and am looking for suggestions .....
