Beginner Problems with JCB 260 wheel SSL--today it is connecting hydraulic hoses

dimanche 2 août 2015

--Today I cannot get the hydraulic hoses attached. Last time it was difficult but with the sweat bees and heat, I have given up twice now. I read the manual in three spots it indicates...release hydraulics but it does not say how. Page 174 a few pages but I still did not locate that part.

--I went out and turned off the hydraulics in the back, and still I could not get it on, although it did seem to give more like it was going to work this time.

--My horn stopped working at about 30 hours...fuse?

--The new plastic spout I bought for my diesel container fell in the fuel tank and I could not get it out. I filled the tank thinking it might float but that did not happen.

--I had locked myself out of the skiddy and already lost a key (got 2) in the yard...you can shut the door with the lock still engaged and then you need a key to get back in unless you were lucky enough to have the window cracked...I liked the advice to have windows open even with A/C on so you can hear directions and perils. (and get back in locked skiddy)

--I still have to learn how to use the joystick for rabbit vs snail or whatever that icon is. turtle? Not real attuned to turning road speed and creep speed and all that.

--I have the demo-dozer, but have not gotten around to figuring out what Rezloh edge to purchase to protect the edge. 72 inch Demo-Dozer. Have loved grating drive, preparing new driveway, clearing weeds, big stuff and taking out the garbage (and smashing down dumpster contents a little and moving the dumpster to make my garbage man happier).

--Any input or enlightenment is welcome, thank you! SW gets the brunt of my questions otherwise. 8-)
