PC45-1 Fuel filter housing

My PC45 fuel filter housing is leaking around the fuel shut off. I am told this is common. Is there a replacement housing? There are return lines that go into this housing (4 lines total in/out)... ideas? 4D84E-3B engine



Also, need a shop manual...
