Hello, My 416 with a Perkins engine rpms drop significantly when under a load ( when using any hydraulic ).For example; When operating the backhoe,setting the engine speed to 1000 rpm under no load, the engine speed will drop to 500 rpm when putting any load on the engine, as though a governor is not operating. This issue seems to have started suddenly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave
