Severe load fluctuation in mobile crane

Hello there,

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this query:

I have a 120T crane in my yard. It is a 2007 model Terex Crane.

While on load, as I increase/decrease the angle (change the radius) the load seems to be fluctuating in an erratic way.

What could be the problem? Also, it doesn't show any error codes.

Doubts range from the angle transmitter/transducer to air stuck in the cylinder.

Suggestions are welcome.
