Just redid my steering clutches and brakes....after reassembling my clutches are working great but brakes are not working at all....when I tighen the brake adjuster it seems to bottom out without doing anything....the end of adjuster is definitely hooked on the brake shoe end....any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated...thanks
