Low speed gear of komatsu pw160-7 is weak

Hi All,

I have bought used wheel exvavator komatsu pw160-7, the low speed gear level is very weak. The machine can still run on flat ground but weak. I think it is impossible to run on truck.

Anyone knows that is main issue, what part should I check?
