About Hydraulic oil life span

Hi guys, I'm new here...

I have been looking for some advices on this manner, I have a machine bought from europe country that we are applying this machine in asia country where the ambient temperature much more higher, the temperature in my country is about 23°C during rainy seasons and about 38°C during dry seasons.

The usage of the machine is not heavy, the machine operates at indoor.

It will run for about 1-2 minutes each cycle and the cycle intervals is about 15 minutes each and it operates for about 9-10 hours per day.

So it operates about 40 cycles per day, so the heating of the hydraulic oil from operating can be negelected.

The grade of the hydraulic oils are ISO 46.

I've done some diggings, this grade of hydraulic oils are capable to sustain until 90°C at its viscosity of 6.6

In this case, the ambient temperature will not cause any problems in the hyrdaulic's life span/wear...

Am I right guys?

And the humidity of my country is high its about 70% -90%.

Is there any chance that the humidity sips into the hydraulic tank or porous area without hydraulic oils that contains air??

sometimes, the weather can have a daily changes of (8°C-12°C ), the sudden changes of weather (change from sunny day about 33°C to rain about 25°C) and this type of temperature change will create humidity inside the hydraulic systems?

Please advice,

Alan
