Excavator has no swing power or blade

I have a 1996 pc 75 uu-3 the o-rings blew out of the hydraulic pump the part that is for the swing I replaced the o-rings the pump doesn't leak now but now I have no swing or blade power is this a air lock in the system or is there a hose backwards I opened the 3 bleeder values some fliud came out but still nothing everything worked fine before the o-rings blew out of the pump I don't know where else to look
