I have gotten into my job quite a bit lately (1341) and have opted to continue working with H.E after I EAS. So I joined this forum to learn more about the trade, and what companies will be best to work with when I get out. I mostly work with cat, and kalmar machines. I was working with a cat tech the other day and he was saying they could take me on @ 31.50 an hour, starting off. Is that a load of hogwash, or is that the actual typical salary for a fairly experienced HE Mech? I work in a second and third echelon shop, and transitioning to 4th echelon capabilities as well.
Are there any other 1341's on the board? Any of the army equivalents? It'd be great to meet more HE Mechs.
