i got an 06 648h that as you are working the machine the rpms cut down from 2350 to almost idle. it shakes the machine a little blows out a big cloud of black smoke almost stalls then comes rite back to life.it did this for a few days then the stop sign power derate and buzzer came on. said egr valve sensor,no big deal got sensor changed still did the same thing. along with the sensor change ive checked and or changed turbo including the boots,air filter,fuel filters,the end that plugs onto the sensor.i cant get a service tech until sometime next week and the alarm is going to drive me nuts any help would be greatly appreciated.
