CAT Acert C7 Issues - Please Help!

I got a 07 Pete 335 with an Acert C7. While traveling uphill, you can feel the engine lose power and the check engine light comes on. Seems as if you keep it under 2000 RPMs, the check engine light will stay off but you can still feel lack of power. I had it hooked to ET at a shop that said only codes is the 171-3 ambient air temp. When I pull the codes from the cruise control, I get 25 twice and 63 twice along with 71. I changed fuel filters and the oil has been changed recently.

Im not sure why they couldn't pull those codes on ET if I could pull them from the cruise control? Why are those codes showing twice?
