Good evening. I was trying to send a PM to Super Mod Willie59. The message was not sent successfully. The error messages stated that
a) My own quota for sending or sent messages has been exceeded, and
b) The quota for Willie59 has been exceeded, and "must be cleared out" before he can received any more messages.
This is a new issue, one I haven't seen before. Just wondering if it is really a problem with these specific messaging accounts, or. . . if it is a forum/system problem.
