650K series 2, no Park brake light no drive

A bit of background

I purchased A 2006 650K series 2 Dozer from RB Auctions
It worked well (in summer) It sat for 3 months and I put a new battery in it and went to start it early December to shove back some snow.
It started but soon stopped, diesel was frozen up. I put some new fuel with diesel conditioner in it, started it up during a warm spell and let it run while I was working on other things at the shop. (I did not look for or notice at that time if the Park brake light was on) I let it run for a few hours and shut it off when I left.

I started it a few days later to clear a ramp and it would not drive. No park brake light, no gear position was showing on the panel.
It would not drive, but the blade worked. After I moved the blade around, lifted the machine off the ground, dropped the blade Etc. The transmission light came on, still no park brake. After a bit more moving the blade the park light came on and the transmission light was still on. Park light would not go out when the levers were lowered. Still nothing showing on as to the selected gear. I shut it down and headed to a job.

This morning I disconnected the battery for a bit, pulled the joy stick to check the wires (for mice damage) pulled the display and looked for bare wires as well.
Fired it up and this time the temp light and transmission oil filter light was on. These were the only two lights, hours were showing on the display.
I checked all the fuses, in the battery compartment and LH drivers side beside the interment panel. All were good.
Switched the relays one at a time, made no difference. After a short time the oil filter light went out.

I would also like to know how to get the fault codes and clear them.

Thanks

Steve
