Special tool for Hydrolic cylinder

I have a 2010 cat 305D CR (jxer00267) it just started its first leak on the boom swing cylinder. This machine is in like new condition and I can't bring myself to use a pipe wrench to dismantle the cylinder. Does anyone have a place I may be able to buy the proper tool at a reasonable price? Or another method that won't gouge up the head?
