1970 International H-25 pay loader

Hi All,

I just picked up a real nice old H-25 pay loader. Runs real good and no leaks, but the power steering isn't working ? Any ideas? Also what should I check before I start using it? All the fluids are up.

I guess I'll have to order a manual from eBay .
